Vendor Registration
Info for Vendors
To be considered for a vendor space, 50% of your product(s) at the booth must be Celtic-themed. Once your registration is sent and your application is approved, you will be sent a payment link to complete registration.
Booth pricing & selection: Vendor spaces are priced at $75 per 10×10 space. Example: A booth that takes up two spaces will cost $150. If you need more than 4 spaces, please contact us prior to completing the application.
Registration deadline: Friday, April 17th, 2026
Check-in: Please check in at the north entrance tent (follow the check-in signs) to obtain the location of your space.
Setup: Vendors may set up their spaces on:
- Friday, May 1st (12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m)
- Saturday, May 2nd (6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.)
- ALL vendors must be set up and ready for business by Saturday at 9:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tear-down: To ensure the safety of all festival participants and patrons, vendors may tear down and leave the festival after vendor hours end on Sunday, May 3rd, at 6:00 p.m. NO EARLY CLOSING PERMITTED.
Tickets provided:
- Two (2) vendor passes
- One (1) vendor parking pass
