Cost: $25/10×10 space

Registration deadline: Friday, April 24th, 2026

Check-in: Please check in at the north entrance tent (follow the check-in signs) to obtain the location of your space.

Set-up: Clans may set up their spaces on:

Friday, May 1st (10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
Saturday, May 2nd (6 a.m. – 9 a.m. before festival opening)

Tear-down: Tear-down may begin after festival hours end on Sunday, May 3rd, at 5:00 p.m.

Tickets: Two (2) festival entry tickets are provided with registration.
